Cancellation Policy

To maintain the highest quality of service and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  
• Missed Appointments: Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without prior notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
  
• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or necessitate rescheduling to respect the next client's appointment.
